Restraining Order Abuse and Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy

Since my companion died in August, I’ve doped myself before bed with genre fiction and a bottle of wine. After 10 years of legal assaults, including three simultaneous ones as of this writing, alcohol is the only thing that quiets my mind and affords me a few hours of oblivion. I’m into my third novel by thriller writer Gillian Flynn. (The movie Gone Girl, about a woman who fakes her death to frame her husband for murder, is based on a Flynn novel.)

Martina Walkingstick, Marty Grist, Marty Tackitt-Grist, Martha Grist, Martha Tackitt Grist

The woman in this photo, Marty Grist, has persecuted a friend of the writer’s for several years by lying about him in social media and on public record. Her reign of malicious self-publicity abruptly ended when she testified to a judge (the most recent of numerous) that he’d “hacked” her phone, computer, and email account (from his house across the street) and said she had some record (“someplace”) that proved he was a disbarred attorney who had “embezzled” from his clients (both serious charges and both false). She reported on Facebook, besides, that he had mooned her friends and provoked invisible dogs to howl at her for hours. She has two daughters and teaches children for a living. (The writer’s accuser, who was isolated as a child, is also the daughter of a schoolteacher.)

I won’t give away its plot, but her novel Sharp Objects involves “MBP” or Munchhausen (Syndrome) by Proxy. It’s a mental illness that induces a caretaker, usually a parent and usually the maternal parent, to sicken a child to get attention. Recall the movie Sixth Sense.

Flynn, besides being a delicious writer, plays rock-‘em-sock-‘em with feminist dogma. Her villains, who are seriously villainous, are all women.

If Flynn is a feminist, and I think she is, she’s the real thing. None of her female characters are weak, least of all the monstrous ones. I’d call her honest negotiation of male-female dynamics (thoughts, actions, interactions) “refreshing” if that word weren’t moldy. She’s bravely candid (she’s accurate), and she doesn’t play for (or pander to) a “team.” There’s nothing flinching about her or her writing.

Munchhausen by Proxy, pathological behavior that figures in her novel Sharp Objects, exemplifies (with science) that there are women who commit heinous abuses to draw attention to themselves and excite drama, and this is one of the motives the FBI remarks is common to cases of false accusation. It’s also a motive for bullying, which can include crying wolf  (BullyOnline.org, now defunct, formerly had a page devoted to MBP). The disease MBP is just a metaphor writ large for what women do when they go wrong: They poison. (Both false accusation and crying wolf figure in the plot of Flynn’s novel Gone Girl.)

Flynn’s stories involve violent murders by people of the “fairer sex,” but the female violence they portray best is the psychological kind: sinuous, spiteful, and constant.

Mainstream feminists militate against the notion that women are attention-oriented, competitive, or catty…or that they can lie unconscionably to exact petty revenge for some perceived slight.

That’s a fictional bubble in need of collision with a sharp object.

  1. #3 Mad Martha Grist Takes on a group of Lusty Men at Anonymous

And look at how the word “rape” has been commandeered by femwacks like Mad Martha to mean so many different things. At this very moment an incubus may be having his way with her. Not that long ago she witnessed an incubus ravaging a little black girl on the street and called 911.

Obviously Mad Martha is unfamiliar with Victorian poet, Oscar Wilde. I never knew a more simple-minded human being claiming to have a college degree. And this one claims to hold a masters.

  2. MALFORMATION NATION

For those of you haven’t seen Mad Martha Grist in action, here she is making a fool of herself denouncing Monsanto and Roundup Weed Killer before Asheville City Council:

After the local press had a heyday with her and her idiotic presentation, she has been a little too timid to appear before Asheville’s city council again.

Martha and the other woman squalling about Monsanto claimed Roundup is the same chemical as Agent Orange. It’s not. They also claimed that glyphosate, the active ingredient in Roundup, causes birth defects, and malformations. You will notice that Mad Martha has great difficulty pronouncing the word “teratogenicity” and confuses it with “interagency.”

For someone claiming a masters from the U of Arkansas, she’s not the brightest bulb in the chandelier.

  3. I’m going to write 2 or 3 comments here, I think, if the moderator doesn’t disapprove. This one is #1.

On occasion a false swearer does get busted. Marty Tackitt-Grist, who had me in court by her perjury, and under compulsory process, 29 times, is busted in a sense that she has lost all credibility at the courthouse and with law-enforcement officials because she has been exposed for many bogus 911 calls (all crimes in my state of NC) and as a serial perjurer, whether she is indicted or not. You can read more about her perjury here, where I have also posted (with comments of mine) some of her most evil testimony:

[Just disregard the troll. Or read the fool if you’d like. He’s been following me around for 15 years trying like a toothless little chihuahua to bite my trouser legs. “Arf! Arf! Arf!” ]

Ben Vonderheide (Daddy Justice), who is great with his movie camera, was able to show that his ex, Wendy Flanders, lied under oath. So she was busted, prosecuted, and convicted– and paid the price. Ben also used a video to bust shyster feminist-shemale attorney, Lisalynn Jacobs, for assaulting him in a U. S. Senate Office Building hallway while others watched in shock. She had no alternative but to cop a plea of guilty and pay her fine and accept her humiliation. The movie clip of this vicious assault is easy to find by googling her name and Ben’s.

Vladek Filler also busted his ex-wife for perjury after she bore false witness against him in court and got him falsely convicted of raping her. In addition the assistant DA, Mary Kellett, also got busted and disciplined by the State Bar of Maine for suborning perjury, Brady violations, and other serious ethical breaches in obtaining the bum rap against Vladek Filler. Many people aware of the crimes of Mary Kellett, and angry, demanded her disbarment, but she was slapped on the wrist. She is no longer a prosecutor, however. If justice had prevailed Kellett would have been imprisoned.

    1. A brave dad battles parental alienation” by Carey Roberts (June 13, 2007):

Last month Wendy Flanders was found guilty on three counts of making false statements to law enforcement officials, fined, and placed on probation. And Ben Vonderheide’s record was expunged on many of the counts against him. The battle cost him $350,000 in legal expenses.

    2. Very interesting. My accuser, attorneys and even a judge have all been caught on record telling odd stories that changed several times. Is that called lying?

eg. I was both in New Orleans and at Whataburger in Houston at the same time and day. And there is a picture I’ve never seen (somewhere) that proves it.

Not to mention the just bald face lies by both affirmative statements and omissions … Do they think no one reads what they say or that they are just going to be accepted as benevolent orators of authority?

Thank goodness for a court set apart from the propaganda willing to rule upon the facts.

  4. damn I got that with age and didn’t even drink any wine. lol

Todd I don’t wanna sound all guru sunshine and flowers but keep in mind that there is a consequence to your thoughts. Depression and anxiety are real however the fact that they are overcome by positive thoughts (and actions) is also real.

Barbie tried for years to convince me that I was crazy, needed medications, psychiatric attention and so on. She said as much on a regular basis and I believed her for a long time. saying things publicly like “he cant have liquor hes got to much Indian in him and wants to fight when he drinks.” She would take me to “doctors” and asked them put me on prescription meds. Well come to find out I was probably depressed but it was only due to the constant anxiety she inflicted. I fought when I drank because she was always fucking with me and causing angst with me and others. When I started saying no to her was when she lost control of me and her anger toward me became uncontrollable. Saying things like “I’d like to smash your head in with a can of baked beans and watch you bleed to death on the kitchen floor.” Pretty specific right? Yeah I took that seriously because though I doubt she would do it she meant it when she said it. She was never accustomed to being told no… your wrong ect.

Change where your thoughts are and your ass will surely follow. I drink occasionally and never seem to have any of the “drinking problems” I had with her. I’ve not had any medications and the world is just fine without them.

Keep yourself on an even keel by avoiding the alcohol and prescription drugs if you can. Though I find nothing wrong with the occasional buzz you know what is written here can be twisted by anyone wanting to skew the perspective in court. Find another outlet, I have a pure bread bloodhound you can have if you need another k9 companion. Exercise? Dammit man write a children’s story? Do what will make YOUR LIFE normal again despite the circumstance. Then what will be apparent to the court is that you are a regular guy who has been targeted by irregular false accusers. You have a life to get on with yet for some reason these women are fixated on you because of some lack in their own lives.

  5. Yikes.I have been where you are with the wine thing…a much better choice is to see someone who will give you zanax…I started trying to drink again after almost thirty years of sobriety and got too sick on it…guess i am not an alcoholic after all..zanax is better because it keeps you asleep or at least it does me…i found an naturpathic doctor who will give it to me and I also take zyprexa once a day with it and then remeron to help me sleep at night….I care Todd and hope you aren’t taking the alcohol for too long as it is very addicting…I have not found the zanax to be that harsh and it really does help with sleep and anxiety..take care of yourself there are those of us who care….
